Таким образом, за исключением новорожденных, потребность детей в обезболивании и их реакция на наркотики такая же, как у взрослых, а потому в педиатрии следует придавать этой проблеме не меньшее значение. У новорожденных необходимо учитывать особенности фармакокинетики, обеспечивая безопасное и эффективное обезболивание и в этой группе больных.
