Заметки для практикующих врачей
• Элиминация — полное устранение или ограничение контакта с причинно-зна-чимым аллергеном — первое звено в лечении аллергических заболеваний.
• Аллергия на кошек приводит к более выраженным клиническим проявлениям по сравнению с аллергией на собак.
• При необходимости удаления животных из дома в связи с аллергией больше проблем возникает в отношении кошек, чем собак.
• Будьте готовы услышать и такое: «Я лучше расстанусь с мужем (женой), чем с моим любимцем». Отнеситесь к этому серьёзно!
• Иммунологически больные с аллергией на животное определённого вида будут перекрёстно реагировать и на аллергены других представителей того же вида. Иммуногенетически больные чаще сенсибилизированы к представителям одной породы по сравнению с другими. Вы можете отметить это в отношении кошек и собак.
