Ну-антагонисты следует назначать по принципу ступенчатого подхода. Антигистаминные препараты выпускаются как отдельно, так и в комбинации с адре-номиметиками, поэтому врач должен быть хорошо осведомлён обо всех аспектах действия антигистаминных препаратов каждого структурного класса. Каждому конкретному клиническому случаю должен соответствовать адекватный выбор антигистаминного препарата.
