У детей внутривенное введение глнкопиррола-та по 10 мкг/кг вызывает сухость слизистых оболочек полости рта, более выраженную, чем атропин в дозе 20 мкг/кг внутривенно при 30 мкг/кг перорально 14/П. Частота сердечных сокращений после внутривенного введения этих препаратов возрастает значительно сильнее, чем после пер-орального приема атропина, причем атропин, принятый внутрь, значительно усиливает частоту
сердечных сокращений. Температура тела не изменяется под влиянием этих препаратов. Аритмия во время вводного наркоза возникает у 41 % пациентов, получивших атропин внутрь. В противоположность этому при назначении глико-пирролата или атропина внутривенно это осложнение наблюдается всего у 19 % больных. Био-доступность гликопирролата при его назначении через рот невелика и колеблется от 3,3 до 13,3 %
