Глава 6 ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ОПЕРАЦИИ ПРИ ЗУБНОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ
В предыдущих главах отмечались требования и нормы, которым при зубной имплантации должны отвечать как мягкие ткани и кость, так и анатомические условия. Однако нередко в полости рта выявляют такие отклонения от нормы, при которых зубная имплантация невозможна. В подобной ситуации показаны предымплантаци-онные корригирующие оперативные вмешательства.
В одних случаях могут потребоваться дополнительные операции на мягких тканях, покрывающих альвеолярный отросток верхней челюсти или альвеолярную часть нижней челюсти. Такое случается тогда, когда нет условий для благоприятного приживления имплантата из-за рубцовых изменений слизистой оболочки, воздействия слизистых и мышечных тяжей и складок, прикрепляющихся мышц либо не хватает тканей для закрытия имплантационной конструкции, либо имеются дефекты мягких тканей, покрывающих оставшуюся атрофированную кость челюсти. В других случаях костных тканей может быть недостаточно или их количество предельно допустимо и может возникнуть вопрос о пластике кости для имплантации. Несмотря на возможности имплантации в атрофированные участки верхней 195, 208] и нижней челюстей 1271, 288], особое место занимают дополнительные операции, выполняемые с целью увеличения количества кости альвеолярных отростков челюстей и закрытия дефектов кости.
