Глава 4 ОЦЕНКА ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОГО СОСТОЯНИЯ ОРГАНИЗМА И ПОДГОТОВКА К ЗУБНОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ
Зубная имплантация заключается в проведении оперативных вмешательств. Их допустимый объем у каждого пациента зависит прежде всего от функционального состояния организма [48]. Перед зубной имплантацией его следует оценивать по общим правилам, принятым в хирургической стоматологии [37, 92]. Однако, поскольку зубная имплантация проводится не по жизненным показаниям, сопоставлять отрицательное влияние операции на общее здоровье пациента необходимо с максимальной точностью [5, 36, 128]. Это приобретает особое значение в связи с увеличением числа случаев внезапной смерти во время имплантации [80].
Как показала практика, в США почти 80 % пациентов, обратившихся по поводу имплантации, страдали хроническими заболеваниями. Из них почти у 50 % людей старше 65 лет наблюдались заболевания опорно-двигательно-го аппарата, у 39 % было повышено артериальное давление и 27 % имели другие проблемы с сердечно-сосудистой системой [113, 114, 117]. В России также отмечается рост числа пациентов с диабетом, остеопорозом, патологическими иммунологическими реакциями [35]. Все это может создавать риск при зубной имплантации, ухудшать общий прогноз комплексного лечения и увеличивать длительность реабилитационного периода.
