СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ НАБЛЮДЕНИЯ
Кожные пробы и бронхопровокационные тесты, проведённые на колонии макак резусов в Отделении аллергии и иммунологии Северо-Западного университета (Чикаго), подтвердили длительную персистенцию IgE к Ascaris suum [37]. У некоторых животных гиперреактивность ВП к аллергену с годами снижалась,

что напоминает «вырастание» детей из БрА. Таким образом, статус естественных IgE-AT у обезьян сходен с таковым у человека.
Особого интереса заслуживают данные о том, что ингаляционное введение вещества Р до воздействия аэрозоля Аг Ascaris индуцировало астматический ответ у животных, у которых реакция только на Аг не развивалась, а также у животных с кожной, но не бронхиальной гиперреактивностью к Аг [38].
Среди обследованных обезьян была выявлена аллергия на клещи домашней пыли [39].
Неожиданный результат был получен при исследовании ингаляций вещества Р после воздействия Аг Ascaris: содержание IgE-AT к Аг снижалось [40]. Хотя возможность нейроиммуномодуляции предполагалась и ранее, полученные результаты расширяют поле исследований патогенеза атопических заболеваний.
