Разработаны стандартизованные методы определения аФЛ, включающие иммуноферментный метод и функциональные тесты (ГУ "Институт ревматологии" РАМН, РКНПК МЗ РФ); созданы отечественные тест-системы для определения аКЛ с целью подтверждения диагноза АФС (РКНПК МЗ РФ)56. Подтверждена центральная роль фосфолипид-связывающих белков (в первую очередь Р^ГП-I), обладающих естественной антикоагулянтной активностью, в реализации патогенного ("протромбогенного") потенциала аФЛ (РКНПК МЗ РФ)57-60. Выявлена перекрестная реактивность аФЛ с ЭК, и на этой основе изучены некоторые патогенетические механизмы АФС. "провоспалительных" цитокинов (ФНО-а) при АФС свидетельствует о способности аФЛ вызывать активацию/дисфункцию ЭК (РКНПК МЗ РФ, ГУ "Институт ревматологии" РАМН, ЯГМА)61-68.
Серия работ была посвящена изучению особенностей АФС у больных системными васкулитами69-71. С 1990 года в РКНПК МЗ РФ совместно с ГУ "Институт ревматологии" РАМН начато систематическое изучение кардиологических аспектов АФС, в первую очередь поражения клапанов сердца и атеросклероза72-82. Оригинальные работы, посвященные клиническому и патогенетическому значению аФЛ у больных острой ревматической лихорадкой и бета-талассемией, выполнены под руководством академика РАМН В.А. Насоновой83.
