Имеются данные, что полиморфизм тромбоцитарного GPirb/P1 ' -рецептора, относящегося к семейству интегринов, предрасполагает к развитию ИМ и инсульта60, 61. Полагают, что у носителей аллеля P1A2 наблюдается более сильное связывание иммобилизованного фибриногена, что приводит к активации тромбоцитов62 и в свою очередь может служить предпосылкой возникновения сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. чены данные о том, что у аФЛ-позитивных пациентов наблюдается увеличение частоты носительства P1A2 аллеля63, 64. В других исследованиях была установлена связь между развитием артериального тромбоза при АФС и гомозиготным фенотипом другого тромбоцитарного гликопроте-нина GPIa/IIa (807 T/T)65.
