Антимикробная и противовоспалительная терапия

СП оскольку, как говорилось выше, основной причиной возникновения ВЗП J являются скопления микроорганизмов, следовательно, самым надежным и действенным методом является удаление их скоплений в виде зубного камня и мягкого зубного налета механическим способом. Однако, учитывая, что грубая механическая травма воспаленных и обсемененных патогенными микробами тканей сопровождается бактериемией, особенно опасной для лиц с инфекционноаллергическими нарушениями сердечно-сосудистой системы, процедуру следует проводить либо после устранения острой воспалительной реакции, либо в стадии ремиссии, при этом всегда максимально осторожно, атравматично. При выраженном воспалении десны и обильной гнойной экссудации перед механической обработкой острое воспаление необходимо устранить с помощью антисептических медикаментозных средств. После этого, как правило, уже на следующий день можно приступать к снятию над- и поддесневых отложений [18].
