Проведение повторных трансплантаций печеии значительно ухудшает показатели выживания [120\. По данным одного подобного исследования, всего 37 % повторно трансплантированнмх органов, пересаженных в ранние сроки после первой операции, функционировали в течение I года. Выживание повторно установленных трансплантатов было гораздо выше, если необходимость в операции возникала в более поздние сроки после первой операции.
