Устранение двухсторонней обструкции мочеточника у детей старшего возраста приводит к неспецифическому повышению экскреции калия. Этот эффект отчасти связан с увеличением поступления натрия в дистальные канальцы, что ускоряет нат-рий-калиевый обмен.41 Во избежание развития ги-покалиемии необходим тщательный мониторинг уровня калия в сыворотке для определения потребности в нем и адекватного проведения заместительной терапии.
