THE MAINE WAVES OF THE APPEARANCE OF NEW DRESS ELEMENTS IN SARMATIA AND THE POLITICAL EVENTS OF THE 1ST CENTURY B.C. - IIIRD CENTURY A.D. THE ORIGIN OF THE CLOISONNE STYLE.
The author synchronizes hypothetically 6 concrete political events, connected with the steppes of East Europe, and 5 waves of the appearance of new dress elements among nomadic Sarmato-Alans.
(I). At the second half of the 1st century B.C. the rich mounds of the Zubovsko-Vozdvizhenskaya group sprang up on the Middle Kuban. In these graves, which are thought to be connected with the nobility of the Sirakian Union and with the Alans horde of Anavsi, there are some things captured during the war against Pompeius southward of
the С a jcasus in 66/65 years B.C. First for Sarmatia there were noted male clothes decorceted with a stripe of gold-er bricade (Vozdvizhenskaya) and fastened on neck by means of a brooch. This suit is similar to the synchronius speciments from Kommagena. There were found also big bells and tiny ones - with triangular slits.
